DELIVER team members Megan Battersby and Alison Buccheri will share the factors that have shaped their careers and the supports that enable them to build research skills and contribute to improved healthcare delivery. The session will include a Q&A facilitated by Dr Olivia King, with insights from Fiona Brew (CEO, Colac Area Health) and Jodie Reid (Co-Director Specialist Clinics, At Home Programs and Palliative Care Medicine, Emergency, Subacute and Home Directorate, Barwon Health), reflecting on individual and organisational experiences of developing research careers in rural and regional health settings.
